The 18th annual Play Hockey, Fight Cancer is set to take place on Wednesday, December 14 as the Girls and Boys Hockey teams of Our Lady of the Bay Catholic High School host the Patrick Fogarty Flames at the Eddie Bush Arena in Collingwood. The significance of this traditional event is that the community members gather at the arena, local elementary students are invited, and of course, the Hurricanes welcome their student body to bring great spirit, and all proceeds raised are used to support local families.
Puck drop for the girls game is 11:00 a.m., followed by the boys game at approximately 12:15 p.m.
