After going undefeated in the regular season, the Junior Jags Basketball team hosted the Patrick Fogarty Flames on Monday, March 28 for the Catholic School Athletics of Simcoe County (CSASC) Championship. The game was full of fast breaks and high intensity ball movement, but the Jags slowly broke away from the Flames in the third quarter. The Jags secured the CSASC Championship with a score of 45-30.
Advancing to the GBSSA Championship on March 31, 2022, the Jags hosted Georgian Bay District Secondary School. While the entire game was packed with excitement and an amazing display of Junior basketball skill, it all came down to the last inbound play and a outstanding three-point shot to secure the championship title.
