On Thursday, May 16, Media Arts and Communication Technology students and staff from Holy Trinity CHS and Patrick Fogarty CSS, delivered a live broadcast of the 2024 GBSSA Track and Field Championship from St. Theresa’s Catholic High School in Midland. This event marks a first ever attempt to cover a championship of this magnitude. The size of the venue, the number of athletes and diverse type of events, as well as not having reliable internet nor electricity on the field posed a few major challenges for the crew for the 12 hour day.
Congratulations to this media crew for accomplishing this tall order, and to all of the student athletes who competed at GB’s!
